type='text'>Me duele la rodilla</title><content type='html'>Bueno, pues eso, cuando llevo aproximadamente 3 Km. me empieza a doler la rodilla hasta el extremo de tener que parar de correr porque no soporto el dolor. Me duele la parte exterior de la rodilla y me baja el dolor por la parte de atrás de la pierna. No me duele cuando subo cuestas, pero sí cuando las bajo, entonces el dolor es insoportable.
